Thanks for visiting my portfolio! I hope you'll see how my work reflects my passion for smart design. I always marry a clear concept with a clean design that's on-brand, commands attention, and beats marketing goals. I always have my clients' needs and end-user goals in mind through everything I do. I've been successfully providing solutions for my clients for over 20 years through my freelance business, at agencies and in-house.
My passion is creating omni-channel branded campaigns from concept through production. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing an idea come to life, spreading its roots into robust marketing channels, and then beating past performance results. I'm a big believer in analytics, listening to the market and always improving on an idea.
I'm a strong proponent of collaboration and teamwork. I think our best work is realized when there's an open exchange of ideas and mutual respect among a high functioning team. I love to get to know my clients and coworkers beyond formal pleasantries. I don't have time for egos, micromanagers or 'idea hoarders'.
On a personal note, I'm a huge music fan and concert-goer who will talk your ear off about my favorite bands if you'll let me. I'm a tea drinker who can't survive without at least 5 cups a day, and I'm also a tad bit obsessed with my dog, but aren't we all?!

Leadership
I pride myself in being a strong leader, who enables trust and autonomy within my team. I don't believe in micro-managing or dictating. I believe in creating environments where people can collaborate and have space to create and innovate. I am an extremely open, forgiving and passionate person, who expects the same from others.
Marketing
I've spent my career addressing marketing goals. Design is very strategic, playing a huge role in engagement, adoption, retention and ROI. It is also the cornerstone of a strong brand. I enjoy teaming with marketing specialists to tackle challenges in the marketplace that bring results and supports a strong brand presence.
Graphic Design
I am an expert in both print and digital processes. Not only do I understand the print process and pre-press rules, I also understand the basics of coding and preparing files for any digital application. I firmly believe if you understand the fundamentals of design, you can learn to apply them to any medium.
Competencies
I am an expert in the Adobes (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), PowerPoint, Figma, Sketch, Word, Jira, Slack, and Ceros on a Mac platform. I am a great communicator, collaborator, and leader. I am quick, responsive, flexible, friendly and passionate.
