As a creative leader, I am experienced in navigating complex brand and design challenges. I believe that design is far more than an aesthetic deliverable—it is a purposeful, strategic system built to solve specific problems and drive meaningful results. For me, creative direction is about stewardship: guiding a team to produce work that isn't just sophisticated, but fundamentally aligns with a company's DNA and business goals.
 

My approach is rooted in conscious leadership and a commitment to holistic, circular feedback. By fostering a culture of mentorship and creative excellence, I ensure that our output doesn’t just meet the brief—it drives visibility, creates lasting connections, and exceeds performance averages.
 

Based in Austin, I’ve spent years leading high-performing teams through the rigors of B2B, B2C and D2C omni-channel product and performance marketing. Every project is a new opportunity to think strategically with ingenuity, intuition and passion. Whether I am crafting a multi-channel demand generation campaign, directing a brand video, architecting a global conference experience, or developing the visual language for a new brand, my focus remains on excellence, impact and success.

Currently, I am the Senior Creative Lead at Cloudera.

Leadership

I am a strong, empathic, leader, who enables autonomy and trust. I believe clear communication through active listening is a cornerstone of good leadership.

I believe the most successfull work is born from a true partnership between design and marketing—one where shared goals and cross-functional collaboration transform complex challenges into clear, cohesive, purposeful solutions. 

Graphic Design

As a traditionally trained designer, I have adapted alongside an ever-changing technological landscape. While my expertise spans the full spectrum of print and digital design, I make learning a priority. I stay at the forefront of the industry—from mastering established mediums to understanding emerging AI practices.
